These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Funrize platform at funrize.live. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not permitted to use the platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register an account at Funrize, you must be at least 18 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting is permitted. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
Each person may register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds accrued on secondary accounts will be voided. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Funrize uses KYC procedures to confirm identity, age, and address. Accepted documents include a US driver's license, state-issued ID, or passport, along with proof of address dated within 90 days.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Funrize will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted in US dollars. The minimum deposit is $10 across card, e-wallet, and cryptocurrency methods. Bank transfers carry a minimum of $50. Deposits are credited to your casino balance instantly for card and e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are confirmed after two network confirmations.
Withdrawals require a completed identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal is $20 for e-wallets and cryptocurrency. Bank transfer withdrawals require a $50 minimum. E-wallet and crypto withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Bank and card withdrawals take 3 to 5 business days. Funrize reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above $2,500.
Funds deposited into your casino account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
Bonuses offered by Funrize are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, and time limits. These are detailed on the relevant promotional page and in the bonus terms displayed at the time of opt-in.
The standard welcome bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Slots contribute 100% toward clearing the requirement. Table games including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat contribute 10%. Live dealer games contribute 5%. Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds require the bonus amount to be wagered at minimum odds of -200 or better on each selection.
Bonuses expire 30 days after activation if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within that period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that remain at expiry will be removed from the account. Cash balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.
Funrize monitors accounts for abuse of bonus terms including matched betting, arbitrage, and irregular gameplay patterns. Accounts identified as abusing promotions may have bonuses voided and access to future promotions restricted.
5. Responsible Gaming
Funrize is committed to responsible gaming. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits directly in their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased to prevent impulsive changes.
Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and marketing communications will be stopped. Reactivation after a temporary exclusion requires a written request and a 7-day cooling-off period.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All casino games at Funrize use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by an independent testing laboratory. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game malfunction voids all related plays and wagers. Payouts in the event of a verified malfunction are subject to review and may be reversed.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event. In the event of incorrect odds being published due to a technical error, Funrize reserves the right to void affected bets. Settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Funrize platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors or bugs to generate unauthorized winnings
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or poker games
- Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
- Providing false identity documents during KYC verification
- Allowing minors to access your account
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform operations
Accounts found in violation of these rules will be suspended immediately. Pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
8. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your Funrize account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any cash balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus funds are forfeited on voluntary account closure.
Funrize may terminate or suspend your account without notice for breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement. In cases of confirmed fraud, the cash balance may be withheld pending investigation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Funrize provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or data transmission errors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Funrize holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the platform should first be raised with the Funrize support team. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority. Legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of the governing jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
Funrize may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered account holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, close your account before the effective date.
